  • Carrier (Outbound) Service: For customers with their own switch, the customer originates traffic at their switch and routes the traffic over an interoffice trunk group to the carrier network for termination at any location.
  • SIP Service: For customers based in the continental US, who require the establishment of VOIP connectivity for long distance call termination, Alliance utilizes high quality Tier 1 carrier platforms for SIP termination.

 

Hand-Back Routing

  • Traffic originates on Tier 1 network and is routed to the customer’s network for termination.
  • Available as either an ANI based service or a CIC based service, depending on the carrier.

  • 1+ Switched CIC Service
    • For customers who have their own Carrier Identification Code (CIC); this switched network service routes the customer’s end users direct dialed, 1+ long distance calls to the carrier network using the sub-CIC feature.
