His diversified sales and marketing experience, acquired while working for package goods companies such as PepsiCo, Seagram’s, and Whitbread, has helped Alliance to position itself as a unique service-oriented company in the telecom industry.

Mary B. O’Keeffe
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer for Alliance, Mary B. O’Keeffe oversees the company’s financial reporting, banking relationships, and employee benefits as well as operational areas including risk management, pricing, and provisioning. Mary has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of accounting and financial reporting, including 11 years in public accounting with KPMG, followed by tenures in executive-level financial positions with several well-known consumer products companies.

Sr. Director of Business Development
Susan Lawless has an extensive background in the telecommunications industry with more than 20 years in management roles impacting business development and account management. At Alliance she is responsible for supporting business growth by promoting, implementing and managing telecommunications solutions that in turn benefit our customers. Before joining Alliance, Mrs. Lawless has served in various roles such as Director of International and Domestic Agent Support, Director of Project Management and General Management for various companies ranging from start-ups to mid-size corporations. Over the years, Susan has developed a history of building and leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic corporate objectives with diverse telecom products. She has worked in the domestic and international environment with sales teams and agent partners to reach mutually agreed upon goals and objectives. Susan’s focal points at Alliance are:
