Termination Service

 

    • Carrier (Outbound) Service

      For customers with their own switch. The customer originates traffic at their switch and routes the traffic over an interoffice trunk group to the carrier network for termination at any domestic or international location. Customers pay for the interoffice trunk facilities and per minute of use charges based on the terminating location. Call detail records are provided to the customer based on the usage over the interoffice trunk group.

 

    • SIP Service

      For customers based in the continental US, who require the establishment of voice over internet protocol (“VOIP”) connectivity for long distance call termination, Alliance utilizes high quality Tier 1 carrier platforms for SIP termination. Services include AT&T Voice Over IP Connect Service (“AVOICS”) and Verizon “SIP Gateway Outbound Service” for transporting VOIP between IP networks and the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN).

 

 

Hand-Back Routing

 

    • Traffic originates on Tier 1 network and is routed to the customer’s network for termination. An opportunity to provide Tier 1 carrier quality coupled with LCR termination. Available as either an ANI based service or a CIC based service, depending on the carrier.

Toll Free

 

    • Toll Free Switched Service

      A switched network service where the customer’s end-users direct dialed toll free calls are switched and transported over a Tier 1 network. Customer may use their own Resp Org or the Alliance Resp Org for this network service. Customers using the Alliance Resp Org will be aggregated with the usage of other customers of Alliance on one (1) Resp Org; all routing and ancillary services available with 1+ direct dialing will be provided in unison with other Alliance customers. Toll Free Switched Service provides call origination, transport and switched termination to the End-User. CDRs for Toll Free Switched Services are provided to the customer based on a list of approved ANIs identifying the End-Users’ usage. Advanced Routing Features are available.

 

    • Toll Free Dedicated Service

      A dedicated network service where the toll free terminating access to the network is provided by a dedicated trunk group from the end-user premises directly to the network. Toll free calls are routed over the network to the end user’s site via a dedicated trunk group. CDRs for toll free dedicated services are provided to the customer based on all usage terminated over the dedicated trunk group. Advanced Routing Features are available.

 

    • Toll Free (Inbound) SIP Service

      SIP Toll Free origination with termination to a Tier 1 carrier providing advanced features for various customer applications.

 

    • International Toll Free Service (ITFS)

      International callers can reach a U.S. destination quickly and easily by dialing a number unique to the country from where they are calling. Advanced Routing Features are available.

Switched (end-to-end) Service

 

    • 1+ Switched Service

      For customers who don’t have their own Carrier Identification Code (CIC); this switched network service allows customer’s end users direct dialed calls (1+ long distance calls) to be switched and transported over the carrier network. Customer traffic using this service will be combined with multiple customers over an existing FG-D network. All routing and ancillary services available with 1+ direct dialing service are provided in aggregate. This service allows the customer’s end users to complete calls to intrastate, interstate and international terminating locations. CDRs are provided to the customer based upon a list of approved ANIs identifying the customer’s end users.

 

    • 1+ Switched CIC Service

      For customers who have their own Carrier Identification Code (CIC); this switched network service routes the customer’s end users direct dialed, 1+ long distance calls to the carrier network using the sub-CIC feature. Calls PIC’d to the customer’s CIC are routed onto the Alliance managed network eliminating the need for the customer to provide additional originating access facilities. CDRs are provided to the customer based on the customer’s CIC usage. This service enables the customer’s end users to complete calls to intrastate, interstate and international terminating locations.

International

Alliance offers a variety of International termination options including the following:

 

    • Termination through Tier 1 carrier’s SIP platform

      SIP termination of international calls utilizing IP connectivity is available through our Tier 1 carriers extensive global network.

 

    • TDM based termination

      As a part of TDM based switched or dedicated services, customers can terminate calls internationally.

Data Services

 

    • Dedicated Internet Access

      Dedicated internet access with access speeds from T1 Mbps to 10 Gbps. Access Types – private line, Ethernet access and integrated access (voice and data). Improved productivity with MPLS Private Network Transport.

 

    • Managed Internet Access

      Combines dedicated internet access with end-to-end expert management from dedicated Tier 1 and Alliance team. Access speeds from T1 Mbps to 10 Gbps. Access Types – private line, ethernet access and integrated access (voice and data). Includes 24X7 customer support, technical assistance and proactive monitoring. Improves productivity with MPLS Private Network Transport.

 

    • Private Line Services

      Alliance offers DS1 and DS3 private line services to support the 1+/Toll Free Dedicated Services and Carrier Termination and Carrier Toll Free Origination Service. This network utilizes Tier 1 carrier private line networks.

 

    • Point-to-Point Service

      Private Line Service is a digital network service that provides the transmission path for private digital data lines from speeds of T1.5 to OC12. We offer Domestic and International Private Line Service. Private Line is an excellent option when customers need a dedicated, high-speed, reliable solution for their mission critical data networking.

       

    • Cloud Services
      Alliance can provide a bread portfolio of cloud services utilizing the scale and security of Tier 1 networks. Services include cloud computing and storage; private cloud services and cloud based transaction applications.

 

    • Data Center Colocation 
      Data center colocation service provides Space, Power and connectivity (voice, data, or internet services) into secure data center locations. 

 

 

Other Services

 

    • Conference Calling Services

      Alliance offers Conference Calling Services at competitive rates. Alliance will provide the provisioning and customer service support required to deliver these services and will bill our customers directly for the services provided.
