Carrier (Outbound) Service For customers with their own switch. The customer originates traffic at their switch and routes the traffic over an interoffice trunk group to the carrier network for termination at any domestic or international location. Customers pay for the interoffice trunk facilities and per minute of use charges based on the terminating location. Call detail records are provided to the customer based on the usage over the interoffice trunk group.
SIP Service For customers based in the continental US, who require the establishment of voice over internet protocol (“VOIP”) connectivity for long distance call termination, Alliance utilizes high quality Tier 1 carrier platforms for SIP termination. Services include AT&T Voice Over IP Connect Service (“AVOICS”) and Verizon “SIP Gateway Service” for transporting VOIP between IP networks and the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN).
