Since the owner of a system through which fraud is perpetrated is ultimately responsible for the charges incurred, being hit by fraud can have a significant financial impact on a company. Alliance provides tools to help our customers manage their fraud exposure.
Our Fraud Control Tools service provides the ability to Block / Unblock ANIs on your account, view real-time CDR traffic less than 1 – 2 hours old for fraud monitoring as well as setting/modifying/viewing threshold settings and alerts which can be used by you to limit your fraud should it occur.
Alliance’s knowledgeable Toll Free support staff provides full service implementation of Toll Free numbers. This service may be switched or dedicated, TDM or SIP, domestic or international. Customers may use their own Resp Org or the Alliance Resp Org. CDRs for Toll Free Services are provided to the customer based on a list of approved ANIs identifying the End-Users’ usage. Advanced Routing Features are also available.
Alliance provides an easy to use on-line tool designed to make account management easier for our customers. Alliance’s web-based portal gives real-time access to Alliance’s customer service and order management platforms, and provides customer access for order placement and tracking, account status and CDR information, fraud control and risk management, as well as other network management tools.
Alliance utilizes high quality Tier 1 carrier platforms for SIP termination of traffic from our customers which we aggregate through the Alliance switch. Our technicians monitor system performance metrics on a continual basis and can provide feedback on our customers traffic profiles.
Alliance offers a full suite of TDM products at very competitive rates, from dedicated and switched long distance service, toll free calling with advanced inbound features, to teleconferencing, and calling cards.
