Fraud Monitoring Tools

  • Our customers must be alert for potential fraud across their customers’ systems and take steps to limit any financial impact.
  • Our Fraud Control Tools service provides the ability to Block / Unblock ANIs on your account, view real-time CDR traffic less than 1 – 2 hours old for fraud monitoring as well as setting/modifying/viewing threshold settings and alerts which can be used by you to limit your fraud should it occur.

 

Toll Free Services

  • Alliance’s provides full service implementation of Toll Free numbers. This service may be switched or dedicated, TDM or SIP, domestic or international.
  • CDRs for Toll Free Services are provided to the customer based on a list of approved ANIs identifying the End-Users’ usage.
